Welterweight contender Vlad Panin 24-2, 16 knockouts is making waves in a red hot division.  Recently signed to Zuffa Boxing, he made noise on his Zuffa debut, stopping 22-1 Shinard Bunch in a fight that had him pegged as an underdog. 

Prior to Zuffa, he earned the WBA Continental Americas belt with dominant wins over former world champion Devon Alexander and Quashon Toler. Panin’s slick, explosive style has made him one to watch., Vlad is emerging as a surprise candidate  in a division that holds many of boxing’s superstars like Devon Haney, Ryan Garcia and Conor Benn.

Vlad has a unique background:  born in Belarus, raised in Las Vegas, fluent in Russian and a graduate of UCLA with an English degree while representing the UCLA boxing team.
